Objectives:

5. Supporting and sponsoring the organization of conferences, seminars, workshops, and forums to promote the scientific movement in society and address its various issues.
6. Developing and implementing training programs and courses for all community institutions to enhance the capabilities of participants, which positively reflects on the development of performance levels in those institutions.
