About the work of the Board

During the year 2020, the Board of Directors held two meetings on 10-9-2020 and 17-12-2020, during which the Board discussed the functioning of the Board, the difficulties encountered, and the programmes and projects targeted by the Center, during which the Center adopted several decisions and recommendations relating to the study of the subjects and proposals before the Board. These meetings resulted in:

▪ The Board approved the training plan for 2020

▪The Financial and Administrative Regulations have been submitted for updating in line with the status of the Center and the creation of a financial regulation and a financial course for the press.
▪Update and replace the library with a modern electronic library.
▪The development of a reference medical laboratory covering all medical colleges.
▪Emphasize the previous actions by establishing a headquarters of the Research Centre within the University of Benghazi.
▪Council members agreed that the Council would meet on the first Thursday of each month.
▪The results of the work of the committee charged with compiling the work and activity of the Center have been presented since its establishment.
▪Approve the Center’s policy regarding the preparation of the scientific program of the Research and Consulting Center for 2021 (lectures and workshops).
▪The Libyan Family Conference was approved.
Adoption of the memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Centre and the Center of Olive University Research and Consulting.
▪It has been proposed to issue a scientific journal under the name of Research and Consulting concerned with practical research.
▪The organizational structure and financial situation of the Centre were discussed.
